Introduction to Compound Fertilizer Production
Compound fertilizer can provide comprehensive nutrients for crops.
The production process of compound fertilizer is to combine the
main nutrients required by crops (such as trace elements such as N,
P, K) by chemical methods, that is, to gather nitrogen fertilizer,
phosphate fertilizer, potassium fertilizer and other chemical
agents together to make granules suitable for farming, and then
apply them to the soil so that crops can absorb the nutrients they
need from the soil.
Raw materials for compound fertilizer production
Compound fertilizer is a fertilizer containing two or more of the
three basic plant nutrients of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium,
as well as trace elements such as boron, manganese, copper, zinc
and molybdenum. Its raw materials can be powdered or lumpy, and
there are mainly the following types:

batching, grinding, mixing, granulation, drying, cooling,
screening, coating and packaging. Among them, batching, mixing,
granulation, drying and screening are required processes, and other
processes can be selected according to different outputs.

Characteristics of compound fertilizer production line
