Working Principle of drum compound fertilizer granulator
The inner part of the rotary drum compound fertilizer granulator is
composed of granulating area, blanking area, steam nozzle, annular
baffle, etc. In the production of compound fertilizer, steam and
ammonia are sprayed on the rolling material layer inside the
barrel. The powder material is extruded and rolled through the
barrel rolling, and micro-granular nuclei are formed in the barrel,
which eventually agglomerate into granules. The granulation effect
of drum granulator will directly affect the granulation rate and
product quality of materials.
